Storyline:
The mythical creature, Nine tailed fox is called gumiho. It can disguise itself as a human and live among them. It feed on human livers. But the former master of a sacred mountain Lee Yeon hunts creatures who harm the human even though he himself is a Gumiho. He is so powerful that the others fear him. Long ago living in Goreyo he fell in love with a human girl. But she died as humans do not live longer like the gumihos. So he gave up being a guardian of the mountain and in return he started looking for her reincarnation.
Centuries passed, Lee Yeon met a lot of women who reassembled his lover but none of them were her reincarnation. He also works killing evil creatures after giving up his guardianship. Suddenly he meets Ji Ah. She is a director at a broadcasting company. Ji Ah was once saved by Lee Yeon when she was a kid. After meeting him she remembers that Lee Yeon saved her and maybe he can help her finding her parents. A lot of twists and turns happen from this point.
The drama has all the flavours of Kdrama romances with a bit of fantasy. There are painful moments as well. But you will love it once you start watching. A happy watch in Netflix indeed.
